It defines secondhand smoke, tells how it affects your health, and gives tips on staying away from it. The booklet also gives tips on quitting, including the phone numbers for the multilingual Smoker's Quitline. (The Smoker's Quitline is toll-free only for Massachusetts residents, but anyone can check the Website at www.trytostop.org.)
