This 92-page directory was developed by the National Literacy and Health Program of the Canadian Public Health Association with funding from the National Literacy Secretariat. It is a directory of easy-to-read health education materials that have been reviewed for readability and clear design. Each listing includes a grade level. The materials span a wide range of health topics, and are indexed by subject and organization. All ordering information is included. There are also appendices that outline the S.M.O.G. Readability Formula, and give tips on using a clear design format and plain language.
