  Julie McKinney is an experienced Health Educator and ESOL teacher. She works on a variety of World Education health and literacy projects. She coordinated the startup of the Health & Literacy Special Collection Website developed the Family Health and Literacy Compendium, a companion piece to the Health & Literacy Compendium, and Culture, Health and Literacy.   Steve Quann works as the Web design and curriculum specialist for many World Education projects. He web-publishes health documents designed for adults with limited literacy skills and maintains the Health and Literacy Special Collection Web Site. He also is an adjunct professor of ESL at Massasoit Community College. Mr. Quann has collaborated on books dealing with the integration of technology into the classroom, Learning Computers, Speaking English and Under Construction: Building Web Sites as a Project-based Learning Activity for ABE/ESOL Classes - PDF.
